The annual cultural festival Lyallpur Mela 2014 is going to start this month in Faisalabad. The canal road and other famous places are decorated with lights and flower for this festival.
Faisalabad is a formerly known as Old Name Lyallpur, is the third largest metropolis in Pakistan, the second largest in the province of Punjab after Lahore, and Faisalabad a major industrial center in the heart of Pakistan. The city was renamed “Faisalabad” in honour of King Faisal of Saudi Arabia.
