Local Body Elections in Balochistan Province
Balochistan Local Body Election Result Starts Today Evening
Quetta (Saturday, December 7, 2013) – Today Election Commission of Pakistan is holding local government election in all over Balochistan. Balochistan Province has 29 districts.
Almost 17,000 candidates are contesting against 4,168 seats. The Election Commission has established 5,715 polling stations while 11,847 booths have been setup across the province.
Polling will continue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Results of local bodies elections will pour in after counting starts.
Balochistan biggest province of Pakistan with least population. ECP has appreciated Government of Balochistan for holding local body election before other three provinces of Pakistan.
