Dasu Hydro Power Project – Free Transport for the affected Peoples
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif along with Water and Power Minister Khawaja Asif inaugurated the Dasu hydro power project on June 25, 2014. Now WAPDA has started free transport service for the peoples of the area. Chairman WAODA Left. General Muzammil Hussain (Retired) announced the facility in a visit of dated 20 February 2017.

Dasu Hydro Power Project will be 4320 MW. It will be two phases. Each phase will generate 2160 Mega Watts each.
