28th Barsi of Ziaul Haq Today in Islamabad.
Islamabad (Wednesday, August 17th 2016) – Today 28 Years ago Ex General and President of Pakistan Mr. Zia ul haq died in a airspcae accident near Bahwalpur City in the area of District Lodhran. His C130 Plane crash at Basti Lal Kamal near River Sutluj.
He remained Chief Marshal Law Administrator after coup against then Prime Miniter and PPP’s founding leader Chairman Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto in 1977.
General (R) buried in Islamabad in front of Faisal Masjid. Tens of thousands of peoples offered Namaz e Janaza in Faisal Mosque and outside it on 18-08-1998.
