Official Result NA 101 Wazirabad By Election 2016 from ECP Returning Officer Dated 23-3-2016
Wazirabad Gujranwala (Wednesday, march 23, 2016) – Today at 02:30 AM, The returning Officer of NA 101 has issued detail and official result of by election. There was very tough competition witnessed in all the areas of National Assembly constituency. But the candidate of Pakistan Peoples party (PPP) failed to show any notable contest. While Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf candidate and son of Ch. Hamid Nasir Chattha proved himself good competitor of the bye election.
PMLN’s justice retired Iftikhar Ahmad Cheema won this NA election third time and achieved hattrick. He win MNA seat in 2008, 2013 and now in 2016, he also won this seat.
Muhammad Ahmad Chatha remained little bit unlucky and remained runner up. Iftikhar Cheema got 82887 votes, Muhammad Ahmed Chattha got 81218 votes, While PPP’ s candidate Ijaz Ahmad Cheema got only 3545 votes. There were 15 candidates in run.
